Stampin’ Up! Video Sneak Peek and My Retired Items Sale is OPEN!

Good Saturday morning, y’all!  Have you got your mind wrapped around the fact that you LOSE an hour of sleep tonight?? Or…do you lose it tomorrow??  Hmm.  I always try to set my clocks when I go to bed – especially on the Spring-forward “go” – cuz…it depresses me no end to “lose” an hour of daylight if I have to do it in the morning.  But – I LOVE Daylight Savings Time – so…I am ready to get this transition done.

Also?  #DAYLIGHTSAVINGSTIMEFOREVER

Just sayin!

So – tonight – whilst still on Standard time – I’ll be going live at 7pm Eastern on my Stamps-N-Lingers FB page to bring you a pretty card (she says modestly) using a heavy fave from the Jan – Jun 2021 Mini Catalog.  Here’s a sneaky peek!

Gosh – can you even guess?!? 😉

I think you’ll like it – so I hope you’ll be able to join me!

Tonight.  7pm Eastern.  Right here!

Now – in other news – it’s time to clear off the shelves – out with the old to make room for the new!  Which means – time for my Retiring Products (from the Aug – Dec 2020 Mini Catalog and the 2021 Sale-A-Bration Catalog) to go on sale!

I’ve got a new system I’m trying this time – so…give me like…a thousand mulligans if it doesn’t go perfectly this go-round!  But…you can click right here to see a full list of everything I’ve got!

Thanks – and Happy Shopping!

Finn Fan Fix

Yesterday, I was in the house working and Wayne called.

“Have you seen your dog?”

“No….”

“Well – look out the window”.

So…I stepped outside to see what was up.

And…THIS is what was up.

Can’t really see the problem?  Let me help.

According to his Dad – he’d discovered a mud puddle.  In which he leaped and cavorted and camboled and then got the zoomies.

Cuz it were FUNFUNFUNFUNFUN!!!

He actually thought I might be going to let him in the house.

Oh…no.  Just….no.

A bath was in order – but we decided we’d let him go for a proper swim to knock the worst of it off.

Figured I’d take a little movie for you.  Enjoy!

  1. Oh, my gosh! What a boy!! Thank you for bringing such delight to my morning coffee with the movie. How I wish I could part with my stamp sets, dies, DSP and EF’s…I just don’t have it in me but I’ve got to do something soon!

    • stampsnlingers

Movie and a cuppa! Good way to start the day! Thanks, Karen – and…you’ll need to think about letting them go when the stacks are over your head!! ROFL!! 🙂

  2. Gerri K

Thanks for the movie! Finn sure does enjoy himself and I enjoy watching. 🙂
Looking forward to tonight’s card. Seashells – my favorite (specially since I live at the Jersey shore.

    • stampsnlingers

Yes – if you’re near the shore it’s almost a requirement for this to be one of your favorite sets!! Thanks – and glad that you enjoyed the video! 🙂

  3. Looking forward to your live video tonight! Hope that your sale goes great. 🙂 I’m sure that Finn had an awesome day…first a roll in the mud, then a swim in the pond…can’t get better for a dog! 😉

    • stampsnlingers

Yep – it went in the Good Day for Dog column, for sure!! Thanks, Amy, for your help! 🙂

  4. Judi Burkhalter

Finn’s Fun Friday! I love your dog! I’m so happy he’s living his best life with you.

    • stampsnlingers

I do think he’s pretty happy and having a good time! Thank you, Judi! 🙂

  5. Susan K

Can’t wait to see the card!
Yep, Finn is typical boy who loves the water. He wasn’t ready to go to the house!

    • stampsnlingers

He does love to swim – and looks so cute doing it, too! Thanks, Susan! 🙂

  6. Faith Simpson

    Hi Mary,
I was just playing with the seashells yesterday…..great minds, etc…..I’ll look forward to your card!
As for Finn…..when he is dirty….or naughty, he is YOUR dog?? Is that how it works??
I kept waiting for him to really shake all over you….did he eventually get you? He looked to be having loads of fun!! I assume he did get a bath and got to come back in the house….

    • stampsnlingers

Yep!! He’s mine when he’s muddy!! And yes – right at the end when he shook he got me pretty good. And yes – he DID get a bath and he DID come in the house!! See you tonight, Faith -thanks!

  7. Lynn Klitzke

Oh my goodness !! Love all the cards you make, BUT… this Finn picture and video is the BEST !!!
It made my day. Thank you so much for sharing Finn with us. I miss our Border Collie, Charlie, so to see your baby Finn was just the most wonderful happy thing to start my day! ♥

    • stampsnlingers

So glad to bring a smile, Lynn!! He is a ton of fun – and I am betting Charlie was, too! Thank you so much! 🙂

  8. OMG. Finny was having a good ole time.. I love reading about him when you post. He makes me smile ever time. Very spoiled dog. Just like ours is. How can you not spoil them when they give you those puppy dog eyes. Tfs

    • stampsnlingers

I haven’t been able to not spoil one since…forever! It’s too easy! 🙂 Thanks very much, Dawn – glad you enjoyed the video. It made me laugh! 🙂

  9. I loved watching the video. I miss our collie so much. How she loved to shake the water off. Our girl did not like water. With the several coats of hair it took all day for her to get dry. She hated a blow dryer.

    • stampsnlingers

Glad you enjoyed it! Finn likes to swim – but…it DOES take forever for him to dry. Even WITH a dryer! 😳😳😳 I’m sorry about your collie – I know you miss her every day! 🙁 Thank you, Lora.
