Stampin’ Up! Boho Birthday for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Hey y’all – it’s Thursday, so it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!!  Today’s a sketch challenge – and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table!  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

Do you guys like kits?  Product medleys?  No?  Well – I’ve got a product medley for you today – called Boho Indigo – that’s destined to change your mind!  Infused with blues and vanillas – it is simply stunning.  I used it for my card for you today!  Take a look-see:

And here’s the sketch we all worked with today!

This one went together pretty quick – thanks to the amazing product medley!  Nearly everything I used on the card was in the kit!

I started with a piece of the pretty vanilla embossed paper in the kit and a second piece of the DSP – both cut down to size and adhered to a Just Jade panel to create the card front.

Then I cut a length of the included Night of Navy 1/2″ Frayed Grosgrain Ribbon and adhered it across the card front with Glue Dots.

I used my Stitched Shapes Dies to cut a Very Vanilla circle and the Layering Circles Dies to cut a Just Jade scalloped-edge circle as a mat.

I stamped the Boho Indigo sentiment in Misty Moonlight – offset to the right side of the circle.  Then I adhered the sentiment to the Just Jade mat with Liquid Glue.

I used one of the small vase dies in the Boho Indigo die set (also in the medley!) to cut a Boho Indigo DSP vase.  Then I wrapped a little bit of Linen Thread around the top of the vase, adhering it in the back with Liquid Glue.  I adhered a tiny Linen Thread bow to the front with another dab of Liquid Glue.  Next,  I used a second die to cut a Just Jade branch.

With Liquid Glue, I adhered the branch to the back of the vase – then I popped the whole thing to the left side of the sentiment circle with Dimensionals.

I popped the whole thing – sentiment and vase and all – onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A few of the Boho Indigo Paper Flowers – adhered with dabs of Liquid Glue – finished off the card front.

On the inside, I used Just Jade ink to stamp the greenery image from Boho Indigo across the bottom of a Very Vanilla panel.  Then I adhered more of the Paper Flowers with Liquid Glue.  I think it’s pretty obvious THIS is the cutting garden from whence came the bouquet on the front!

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Just Jade mat and into my Misty Moonlight card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got more Just Jade greenery across the front….

…and more of the gorgeous Boho Indigo DSP on the envelope flap.

So…NOW what do you think of Product Medleys?!?  I know – your mind has been forever changed by this stunningly pretty Boho Indigo Product Medley.  I hope you like and…you’re welcome! 😉
