Stampin’ Up! Floral Foliage Frames Hello

Good Monday.

You know what I mean, okay? 😉

Hope you had a great weekend and are ready to git the work week done!

If you spent a little of your Sunday with me, I surely do appreciate it! If you couldn’t join us, but would like to see the Memorex-version on YouTube – here ’tis!

I used the fun new Floral Frames stamp set and bundled (saving you a cool 10% right off the top!) Foliage Frame Framelits.  I put it on top of some gorgeous Petal Promenade DSP.  Take a look-see:

Although I didn’t use the sketch, I was inspired by the photo in this week’s Fusion Challenge.

And, it’s just feminine enough to work with this week’s Watercolor Wednesday Challenge!

This is an easy and quick card – the beautiful DSP and fun dies in the Foliage Frame Framelits do all the work – so…buckle up!

I started by heat embossing the large floral frame image from the Floral Frames stamp set.  I inked it with Versamark ink and stamped it on my Petal Promenade DSP panel.  Then I sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heated it up with my Heat Tool.  I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Blushing Bride mat to create the card front.

Then I pulled out the matching Foliage Frame Framelits and cut two large frames – one each in Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam.  I also cut four leaves from Whisper White card stock.

I adhered the white leaves to the card front with Liquid Glue, then added the Soft Sea Foam framelit die cut – also with Liquid Glue.  I popped the Shaded Spruce die cut on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For the Floral Frames sentiment, I stamped it in Blushing Bride on Whisper White and cut it with a Stitched Shapes Framelits circle die.  I adhered it with Liquid Glue to a Blushing Bride mat that I’d cut with the Starburst Punch.

I added some Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the matted sentiment and used them to wind several loops of Gold Metallic Thread.  Then I popped it onto the card.

I finished up by adding some Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems and a few pink Share What You Love Artisan Pearls and the card front was done!

On the inside, I used Blushing Bride, Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam to add some flowers and leaves from the Floral Frames set to a Whisper White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Blsuhgin Bride mat and into my Thick Whisper White card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more Floral Frames flowers and leaves on the front…

…and I added some more Petal Promenade DSP to the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This Floral Frames stamp set and Foliage Frame Framelits was another set that captured my eye – and my “want”!! – as soon as I saw it!  And – I can’t say enough about the beautious-ness of the Petal Promenade DSP!  Hope you like!
