Congratulations on your weight loss Mary! What an accomplishment. When you start comparing your weight-loss to bags of feed, etc. It puts in perspective . I had said I was going to keep my craft are neater and I did achieve most of that. At least I can see my table! Hope Finn is feeling Better!

WOW!!! I’m so proud of you! What an amazing accomplishment!! Will you share your secret or did you just stop eating altogether? I started walking again but……
Hey Karen – thanks so much! I started using an app on my phone called LoseIt – it’s just a techie way to do a food log! I told it my height and age (I think) and it told me a target weight. Then I told it when I wanted to be there (before the cruise this summer!) and it told me how many calories I could eat each day! As I lost weight, it took away calories – which you have to do to keep losing. It’s got a large (huge) database of food – and you can enter new foods if needed. I lost about the first 80 or so without exercising. Once I got my Apple watch, I started adding in walking. So – not really a secret. Just being mindful of every single thing I put in my mouth and logging it ALL! 🙂
What a wonderful outcome!! 106 lbs……that is amazing. I have always struggled with weight since I was an adult…….& that has been many years!! Congratulations on your accomplishment……& hope the last few lbs come off as well. I planned to send more of my cards in the mail this new year. I love to created cards & they certainly don’t lift any spirits sitting in my craft room!! I have been pretty successful in that arena. Thanks for the inspiration in all arenas & keep up the good work!

Congrats on your weight loss! I was awfully ill on January 1st, which was also my youngest daughters 1st birthday! But the following week, I said to my husband, “let’s start eating better.” We are good and then we’re not. It’s so hard. Pms also has different eating plans for us each month! Lol
But I also vowed to send more cards a month. Which I am! I am also sending cards from my at home business of SeneGence. By sending thank you cards to my customers and birthday cards for my customers who share their birthdays!

Hi Mary, Congratulations on your weight loss…it is a hard thing to do, especially as we get a little older. 😉 My resolution was to keep my stamp area a little more tidy and to clean up at the end of the day.
